716 Lives very own Saundra Adams had the pleasure of meeting the principal and students of the amazing culinary arts program. These students specialize in serving fresh food daily. The restaurant has been around for five years now under the leadership of Katie Shuta. The school consists of grade levels 9-12 and has approximately 500 students. The school and restaurant can be located at 75 West Huron Street Buffalo Ny. The restaurant portion is always open to the public. This is a very hands on program for students. Students are given the opportunity to prepare entrees, cook entrees, and serve them. Each year there is opportunity for students to level up in there positions. As senior students you are given the opportunity to choose between four paths within the program. This is an amazing program for students as there is and always will be a need for food. Within this program there is opportunity for growth. In the end all students are learning life long skills that will follow them forever.
