Men can either where there pain on their sleeve or deny it and tend to turn towards different outlets that can become unhealthy in the long run. The black community as a whole are taught to deal with their problems and move on like everything is okay, the importance of mental health was never encouraged. The Black community never had affordable resources in there own communities and neighborhoods or places to go to seek help for mental health and feel comfortable while doing so.
