Diego Arnary knows what it takes to make it in the entertainment industry. Charming and intelligent: the perfect combination! Check out our interview below with this beautiful soul.
Jasmine Reed The Author: What made you want to become an entrepreneur?
Diego Arnary: Back in 2012 I started realizing the power of social media, fully aware the entertainment industry sooner than later somehow would be relying on social media to measure the impact each upcoming artist/potential talent would have with the audience. The number of likes, comments and followers reflect in the famous “rating” and rating means money. A name, a brand or a product gotta sell in order to be successful. In simpler words: you sell or you don’t.
Jasmine Reed The Author: Where is your favorite place to hang out in LA?
Diego Arnary: I spend a great deal of time alone. I enjoy solitude, so my best place to hang out would be my room. If I gotta go out I love the Runyon Canyon, getting up there enjoying nature, with the stunning views of Los Angeles and the beauty of the humans who love going up there. They are hot!
Jasmine Reed The Author: Where do you get your clothes?
Diego Arnary: I have been living in a bag for more than 6 years now, so I don’t have much clothes as you can appreciate on my social media. Most of it has been given to me by fashion designer friends, other pieces I buy during my travels in Australia, Europe, Colombia and America. I do love vintage shops and cheap pieces like the ones you get at Ross Dress for Less. Otherwise American Apparel, H&M, Zara, C&A and Bershka. Nothing special, but I feel good wearing them. Soccer socks are from odd shops, Adidas and a Colombian brand called FSS.
Jasmine Reed The Author: How has social media helped you?
Diego Arnary: Thanks to social media I’ve gotten contracts with major TV stations in Latin America and Australia. People seem to be willing to host you anytime you are in a different city or country they are aware you are traveling to. You can get free stuff from brands if you want to. You get drugs, sex and Rock and Roll if that’s what you are looking for. Also, covers of magazines in Europe, editorials in Latin America, the USA, Asia and Australia, modeling campaigns, upgrades on flights, free accommodations, dinners. etc.
Jasmine Reed The Author: What are your plans for 2018?
Diego Arnary: In 2018 I am planning on learning how to master the law of attraction as well as keeping my inner peace stable, be happier and sexier. Getting better in understanding humanity and get closer to the universe.
